This page contains the General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Products and Provision of Services of INSPIRIA. If you would like to know more about us (INSPIRIA's identity, location, etc.), please visit the About section. To view the terms and conditions for processing your data, please visit the Privacy Policy section.
All users who access this website (hereinafter, “the user,” “the users,” “the student,” or “the students,” as applicable) are subject to the following general terms and conditions for the sale of our products and the provision of our services.
Some INSPIRIA services, due to their specific characteristics, have their own terms and conditions of use. The general terms and conditions set forth herein will apply to these services, unless they conflict with the specific terms and conditions.
1.1 The Course Service comprises the provision of online, blended, or in-person training, according to the specifications described for each course available on any of INSPIRIA's websites and apps, including the Laab2, LaabOne, and LaabPro e-learning platforms, or any platforms that may replace them (hereinafter, “the platform” or “the platforms,” as applicable). The training for the Course may be conducted by the INSPIRIA team itself or by other collaborating training entities, as indicated in each case.
1.2 INSPIRIA has collaboration agreements with various Universities through which certain qualifications are recognized by them as Professional, University-Specific, or Official Degrees. In those courses where indicated, students will be entitled to the corresponding qualification upon successful completion of the relevant academic assessments (Degrees Service).
1.3 The Degrees Service may also be provided by other non-university collaborating training entities, always indicated in each Course description, such as those collaborating entities mentioned in section 1.1.
1.4 Students must submit, at the time of enrollment or when requested by INSPIRIA, the required documentation for any of the procedures and within the specified deadlines. If the required documentation is not submitted, or if it is not authentic and/or sufficient, the enrollment will not be formalized (or, if formalized, will be invalid), and no degree or certificate will be issued, even if the student completes the studies for which they enrolled. Therefore, each student assumes the legal consequences that may arise from the inauthenticity of the documentation or the lack of the required qualifications.
1.5 For Master's degrees, Specialist Diplomas, Postgraduate Diplomas, or Diploma programs, students will have access to a Methodological Guide containing detailed information on the program credits, the general grading system, and any possible extensions available to them.
1.6 To obtain the diploma certifying completion of the course, students must pass the assessments administered throughout the program.
1.7 The maximum time allowed for completion of each course will be indicated in the Methodological Guide. Generally, or if no duration is specified, it will be 2 weeks per module of the course syllabus.
1.8 The Course Service is exclusively for adults, who must be of legal age to use the Service.
2.1 The training offered by INSPIRIA is online (requires internet access), through its INSPIRIA website, its mobile application, or e-learning platforms. Users access study materials, complete exercises, and receive tutoring through these platforms, depending on the service they subscribe to.
2.2 Users must securely safeguard their username and password, which are the identifying and enabling elements for accessing the various services offered on INSPIRIA's websites, including access to the INSPIRIA platform and subscription service. Users agree not to share their username and password or allow third-party access, and assume responsibility for any damages that may arise from their misuse.
2.3 In light of the foregoing, it is the user's obligation to notify INSPIRIA of any event that could lead to the misuse of usernames and passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access, so that they can be immediately canceled. Until such events are reported, INSPIRIA will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
2.4 Regarding possible technical deficiencies, INSPIRIA will not be liable under any circumstances for service disruptions caused by failures in the electrical grid, the data network, the server, or any other services.
2.5 The information and content of the courses and other content available in the subscription area may be changed or removed without prior notice. Likewise, improvements or changes may be made to the courses, services, design, or programs used for their operation at any time and without prior notice, both on the website, the mobile app, and the virtual platform.
2.6 The user agrees not to engage in advertising, promotional, or commercial activities through the platform.
2.7 The student agrees not to use false identities or impersonate others when using the site or any of INSPIRIA's services, including the use of third-party passwords or access codes, or in any other way.
2.8 The user agrees not to destroy, alter, use for their own purposes, disable, or damage the data, information, programs, or electronic documents of INSPIRIA or third parties.
2.9 The user has access to all INSPIRIA content and course study materials on the virtual platform and on INSPIRIA's websites for their exclusive use through these platforms. The course content and materials are protected by copyright. Their copying, reproduction, archiving, distribution, modification, display, performance, publication, licensing, creation of derivative works, sale, and/or any other use not specified in these terms is prohibited. The student also agrees not to circumvent, remove, alter, disable, lower, or impede any of INSPIRIA's content protections; not to use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access any INSPIRIA services; not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any computer programs or other products or processes accessible from any INSPIRIA services; not to introduce any code or product or manipulate INSPIRIA's content in any way; and not to use any data mining, gathering, or extraction methods. Furthermore, the student agrees not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, such as computer viruses or other computer code, files, or programs.
2.10 To properly view INSPIRIA's content, users must have an ADSL internet connection with a download speed of at least 3 Mbps.
2.11 Although INSPIRIA is constantly working to adapt its services to new technologies and platforms, at the time of publication of these terms and conditions, it only guarantees its educational activity through applications designed for use on personal computers with Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers. The operating systems that support the virtual campus are Windows 7 or later, or Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or later. While it functions almost entirely, perfect operation of the platform is not guaranteed with other operating systems, devices, or browsers.
*2.12 INSPIRIA offers its service year-round. However, customer service hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (GMT+1). On Fridays, service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (GMT+1).
3.1 The cost of each course available on the INSPIRIA website is indicated. For Master's degrees, Expert programs, Specialization programs, Diplomas, and other courses where applicable, the specific financial terms and conditions for each course will be detailed in the terms and conditions of the purchased course.
3.2 Unless otherwise specified, all courses offered by INSPIRIA will be subject to the following financial terms:
3.2.1 Payment Methods: The following payment methods are accepted by INSPIRIA:
3.2.1.1 Credit or Debit Card: via Stripe Payments.
3.2.1.2 Direct Debit: For this option, the student must provide a valid card/account number.
3.2.1.3 PayPal: Secure payment gateway provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is required for payment.
3.2.1.4 Bank Transfer: By choosing this payment option, you can pay the corresponding amount via bank transfer to the following account, indicating the payment reference:
Bank: Banco Sabadell
IBAN: ES31 0081 5131 4100 0152 1458
SWIFT / BIC: BSABESBB
*Especially for this type of payment, the provisions of section 3.11 regarding fees and expenses payable by the student will apply.
3.2.2 Once any payment has been made, the user must send proof of payment via email to the following address: secretaria.academica@inspiriadental.com
3.3 For Master's, Specialist, and Postgraduate courses, as well as Diplomas and other courses where indicated, the student must reserve a place prior to enrollment. Registration requires payment of the amount specified on the booking form. This amount will be deducted from the final course price. The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.4 Students opting for deferred payment for Master's, Specialist, Postgraduate, Diploma, or other courses where this option is indicated, will pay the corresponding installment at the agreed-upon time with INSPIRIA. Installments are typically paid monthly.
3.5 Students must pay their installments within the agreed-upon deadlines. Late or non-payment of any installment will result in an automatic surcharge of €50 on the outstanding installment. This surcharge will be applied cumulatively for each month of delay or non-payment.
3.6 In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, failure to pay any installment by the due date will result in the closure of access to the virtual platform and/or any resources or services provided by INSPIRIA, which may then claim the remaining outstanding amounts. For academic purposes, the student's enrollment will be considered null and void for the current academic year, and consequently, any grades that may have existed on the student's academic record for that year will be invalidated.
3.7 Furthermore, if a scholarship has been awarded for any INSPIRIA course, late or non-payment of any installment will result in the loss of the scholarship. In such cases, INSPIRIA will recalculate the outstanding and future installments according to the official course price.
3.8 In cases of payment in installments, no external financing entity other than INSPIRIA is involved.
3.9 In the event that INSPIRIA is forced to file a claim for unpaid or outstanding amounts owed by the user, all out-of-court expenses, as well as court costs incurred in said proceedings, including attorney's and court agent fees, will be fully borne by the student, even if the intervention of said professionals is not mandatory.
3.10 The user will be responsible for providing truthful and accurate personal financial information when contracting any of the services offered by INSPIRIA, as well as for keeping said information up to date.
3.11 Any bank fees or expenses of any kind (e.g., bank charges for international transfers, currency conversion, local taxes, etc.) arising from any payment to INSPIRIA will be borne by the student.
3.12 Any expenses incurred due to returned direct debit payments will be the responsibility of the student.
3.13 In cases of payment in installments, the total amount of the course must be paid before its completion.
3.14 In the case of postgraduate courses, the student must have paid all fees in full before submitting the Master's Thesis, Expert, Specialization, or Diploma.
3.15 INSPIRIA may apply discounts it deems appropriate to the official course fees, requesting any necessary documentation to verify that the student meets the established eligibility criteria.
3.16 New students may benefit from discounts and special conditions published on the website www.inspiriadental.com. These conditions and discounts may not be claimed or applied to students who do not meet the established requirements.
3.17 The fees for issuing degrees or certificates, study materials other than those provided online, and fees related to changes in course level, university transfers, or dual degrees are not included in the standard tuition fee for any INSPIRIA course. Cultural or university extension activities, as well as fees for any other service not expressly included in these terms and conditions, are also excluded. In the case of university degrees, fees that may be charged by each university for issuing their respective degrees, and notary fees for legalization or apostille of degrees, are also excluded.
3.18 Payments made for administrative fees, tuition fees, degree and certificate issuance fees, credit recognition fees, or any other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.1 INSPIRIA course users have access to an Academic Secretariat service.
4.2 The Academic Secretariat service is free of charge for these users, except for the issuance of the following documents:

4.3.5 For students with dual degrees, the processing, issuance, and shipping fee for the second Inspiria Certificate will be €100.
4.3.6 Apostille processing fee: €150.
4.3.7 In all cases, if the requested certificate is also required in English, there will be an additional charge of €25 per certificate, in addition to the cost of the certificate in Spanish.
In the event that the University only issues degrees in electronic format, these fees do not include any fees that may be required by the University for issuing physical copies.
The amounts stated may be subject to change if the fee policies of the issuing Universities are modified.
4.4 All certificates will be issued and sent in digital format. Degrees may be sent in physical or electronic format. Unless expressly stated as included in the corresponding fee, the costs of any postal delivery will be borne by the student. If a second shipment is necessary due to the first delivery being impossible, the student will assume the cost.
4.5 Failure to pay any amount due for the course in question will result in the inability to issue any of the aforementioned documents.
4.6 INSPIRIA will exercise due diligence in sending the degrees; however, it will not be responsible for any damage caused to the documents once they have been deposited with the postal or courier service.
4.7 Payments for the extraordinary examination period for Master's Theses. The cost of accessing an extraordinary session for the presentation and defense of the Master's Thesis will be €900 for Master's programs with a total tuition fee exceeding €2,500 and €450 for those with a lower tuition fee.
4.8 Payments for changing cohorts. If a student is unable to continue their studies for personal reasons, they may request a change of cohort, which cannot exceed 24 months. For Master's programs with a total tuition fee exceeding €2,500, changing cohorts entails a payment of €500 if it involves moving to the next cohort; €850 if it involves moving two cohorts later; and €1,500 if it involves more than two cohorts. For Master's programs with a total tuition fee of €2,500 or less, changes to the program will incur a fee of €250 to skip one program, €425 for two programs, and €750 for more than two programs.
*Please note that if you change programs within the Master's program, fees may vary depending on the new program selected. Applicable prices will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the change.
4.9 Payment of these amounts may be made using the payment methods described in section 3.2.1. Once payment has been made, the user must send proof of payment to the email address: secretaria.academica@inspiriadental.com.
5.1 Some INSPIRIA courses include curricular or extracurricular internship periods, which, in certain cases, are mandatory for obtaining the corresponding degree.
5.2 Internship placements will be assigned according to the order in which each student applies. If applications to a particular placement exceed the number of available places, the decision will be made based on each student's academic record.
5.3 Once the placement and dates for the internship have been assigned, changes to the placement or dates cannot be made, except in the following circumstances: a change of city of residence or a duly documented work-related reason. Under these circumstances, only one change of placement or dates will be permitted free of charge.
5.4 Any other request to change the placement or dates will incur an administrative fee of €190.
5.5 If so instructed by the student's supervisor, the student will be required to take out liability insurance. If the placement center deems it necessary, the student must also take out an additional insurance policy.
5.6 INSPIRIA declines all responsibility for any actions taken by the student during the internship, which will be fully assumed by the student.
5.7 During the internship, the student will be subject to the operating procedures of the workplace where the internship takes place.
5.8 The relationship between the student and the workplace where the internship is carried out will not entail any commitment beyond that stipulated in these general conditions or in the specific conditions indicated by INSPIRIA in each case. Since this is a service that provides the student with the opportunity to complete an academic internship, it does not create any obligations inherent to an employment relationship between the intern and the workplace where the internship is carried out, nor between the student and INSPIRIA. Therefore, the student will not be entitled to salary, social benefits, or compensation of any kind, nor to anything related to affiliation with and payment of contributions to the social security system.
6.1 Users may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the first payment (whether for reserving a place, tuition, or course fees). However, refunds will not be issued after this period and/or from the date the student accesses the virtual platform or any of the digital content through any means and/or after attending any in-person practical session or activity, as the service is considered complete when the student has access to the materials, documents, classes, and other course content.
6.2 Students wishing to withdraw before the official course start date and within 14 calendar days of the first payment must do so by certified mail to the following address: C/ Mayor de Fontenebro 238, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), or by email to facturacion@inspiriadental.com. The return shipment must be made before the withdrawal period expires. Generally, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the student for the initial transaction.
6.3 However, the student may withdraw for duly justified reasons (evaluated, investigated, and approved by our Academic Management Service). This withdrawal will mean that any payments already made will not be refunded.
6.4 In the event that INSPIRIA, due to force majeure (extraordinary, unforeseeable, or unavoidable events that definitively prevent the provision of the service), has to suspend the contracted service, INSPIRIA is obligated to notify students within a maximum of 30 days.
6.5 INSPIRIA reserves the right to modify the start date of the contracted course or cancel it, proceeding to refund any amounts already paid by the student in the latter case.
